The Japanese Global Privacy Policy is the governing text; this page is a plain-language summary.

No tracking. No recording. No snooping.

SkyPeople.online uses no PostHog, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics. There are no session recordings and no behavioral tracking cookies (0.0%). We never watch what jumpers tap on their screens.

PILLAR 1

Zero Third-Party Tracking & No Session Recording

No third-party analytics, advertising or session-replay tools are embedded.

  • PostHog / Hotjar / Clarity / Google Analytics: none used (0.0%)
  • No third-party tracking cookies or ad pixels are issued
  • Nothing records or replays your taps or navigation

Read the clause: Privacy Policy Section 11 (Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking Technologies)

PILLAR 2

Private by Default & Automatic Launch/Landing Coordinate Protection

Every dive log starts fully private. Sharing happens only by your choice.

  • Freshly uploaded logs are visible to you alone (Private by Default)
  • High-precision raw GPS coordinates of launch and landing points are treated as sensitive and protected, preventing exposure of homes and bases
  • Secure cloud sync and 3D multiplayer sharing (SkyStage™) work together

Read the clause: Privacy Policy Section 3 (Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases)

PILLAR 3

GDPR Art. 6 (Lawful Basis) & Art. 9 (Explicit Biometric Consent)

Processing is minimal and each legal basis is stated.

  • Minimal processing under contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
  • Heart-rate and biometric data from sensors such as Apple Watch are processed only after explicit opt-in consent (Art. 9(2)(a))
  • International transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Read the clause: Privacy Policy Section 3

PILLAR 4

Data Subject Rights (DSAR) & Right to Erasure

Requests under GDPR Articles 15–22 are accepted free of charge.

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection requests are supported
  • On account deletion (account-purge), related database records and 3 Storage buckets are physically erased via CASCADE

Read the clause: Privacy Policy Section 9 (Data Subject Rights and International DSAR Submission Protocol)
